How do I book an appointment?
Scheduling can be done by phone, text message or via the scheduling app, the link to which is on the home page.
What happens after I schedule my appointment through the scheduling app?
The Therapist will contact you to fill out the online Intake Form, provide instructions and answer any questions you may have before your appointment.
How should I prepare for the massage?
Avoid heavy foods and alcoholic beverages before your appointment;
Arrive at least 10 min prior to your appointment.
Do I have to be undressed during the massage?
It depends on your comfort level with undressing during the massage. If you want to keep your clothes on during the massage, wear comfortable clothes such as leggings, shorts, a tank top, etc.
How far in advance can I cancel my appointment?
Per our cancellation policy, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid fees. Each case can be discussed directly with the therapist, in emergency situations the option to reschedule may be offered.
What are the forms of payment?
Cash, Venmo and Zelle. Credit card option will be available in the future.
